Slack Notifications and Responding
Your team will now get notified on new questions that come in from various channels, whether it's Slack / Discord / Slack Connect or somewhere else. You can also respond centrally from one easy place and make sure that everything has a response :)
App Summaries
Now, you'll get a quick summary of what happened the previous day in your community as soon as you log in. This tells you what's happening at a glance so you always are informed of what's going on in the community.

We've been iterating quickly and adding more to the Questions concept, which now is smarter and does more automatically.
Question Workflow
As questions get answered, Sift automatically updates their status with new fields to what we detect. You're always in control and can overwrite these fields if AI is incorrect :)

AI Question Detection
Sift now can autodetect any question asked in your community, start tracking response times and also track when it's been answered and how well it's been answered. We've begun rolling this out :) The questions are automatically tuned for relevance so you'll only see things here that are supposed to be answered by your team :)
Tell Sift More About You
Sift now lets you tell us more about your team and products to automatically filter and breakdown content into the right area based on what people are asking. This makes it easier than ever to see what people are saying about a specific part of the product.
